Here is a great series of videos done by a great instructor, Julius Sumner Miller, that will teach you some fundamental physics. The videos are educational and entertaining.
Crystal Meth Effects
This is a fantastic video that should shock everyone into believing the dangerous effects of Crystal Meth. It shows the before and after pictures of some meth addicts. I’ve also included a few other videos, just in case you need more reasons not to touch this drug.
Make a Clothes Peg Gun
Here’s a fun (and yes, a little bit dangerous) little shooting gun that fires off sticks or small wads of paper. It used to be a popular toy to make a generation ago, before plastic toy guns at the toy store.
Backwards Fiat
Here’s what happens when you give a kid an old car (specifically a Fiat 126), some mechanic tools and a bunch of spare time. There’s only one thing to do. Make the car run backwards and scare the crap out of a bunch of people on the road.
Learn How to Moonwalk
When I first saw this video showing step by step instructions how to moonwalk I thought it was pretty stupid. But it is strangely addicting when you start watching. She also has several other pantomime instructional videos that she does with no spoken instructions. Kind of makes sense, I guess.
Fast Zip Line
Here’s a super fast zip line in South Africa. Here’s a great video showing how fast it is from a couple of different angles.

Segway x2 Off Road
For some reason I thought Segways were removed from the streets after some people did the usual to a new innovative idea. Tried it out, did something stupid, injured themselves, sued the company and the company went out of business. This video proves the opposite, it looks like Segway has been busy with some very cool new models.
Nemo Morpho Tent
The Nemo Morpho tent uses high pressure air tubes instead of poles to support the structure. This means it can be quickly setup without having to assemble and attach fiberglass or aluminum poles.
I remember having a tent like this 10-15 years ago. It used a bike pump to fill up and took about 5 minutes to blow up. But it started getting small leaks and I ended up wearing the tent by the middle of the night.
