This robot, the tetra micromouse, is frickin’ fast! Part of a robotic competition, this robotic mouse is tasked with mapping out a maze, calculating the fastest way of getting to the finish and then return to the starting point. After doing this, this little micro robot zips through the maze and gets to the end in under five seconds!
Notice how the robot mouse stops once it hits a dead end and then accelerates to a new part of the maze that it hasn’t seen yet. I’m completely blown away at how well this thing works!
